The Beginning

It started at home.

Long before there was a foundation, there was a family. Christian grew up watching people he loved — parents, grandparents, and family members living with accessibility challenges — try to keep up with a world of technology that wasn't built with them in mind.

The questions were never the problem. The problem was a world that had quietly decided certain questions weren't worth answering patiently.

That observation never left him. It became the seed of everything that followed.

“Technology should adapt to people. Not the other way around.”
Christian Amstadter, Founder
Why the Foundation Exists

A foundation built around dignity.

StageAI Plus Foundation was created to give seniors and adults with disabilities a place where their independence is the point — not an afterthought. Every program, lesson, and workshop is shaped by one question: does this make life easier for the people we serve?

Susi was created to be the kind, patient guide Christian wished his own family had. Toto was created to stand between the people we love and the scams designed to hurt them. Together, the three of them carry the same mission in different ways.

Mission & Vision

What we are building, and why.

Human First

Technology is a tool — never the destination. Every program is rooted in human dignity.

Education Without Shame

Patient, plain-language teaching that meets people exactly where they are.

Community at the Center

We work alongside families, neighborhoods, and senior communities — not above them.

Workshop Leadership

The voice in the room.

Christian personally leads in-person and virtual workshops on technology, online safety, and accessibility. Sessions are designed for senior communities, recreation departments, libraries, and neighborhood groups — always with a warm, unhurried pace.
